During this phase we want to hear about your family and your babysitting needs, explain our process, and suggest the appropriate package based on your needs.
Orientation

During this phase we will connect your family with a sitter where we’ll match you with one of our trained sitters and generate a sitter profile for your family.

Confirmation
During this phase, our team will confirm your reservation including final payment and review of dates, times, and any pertinent paperwork.
Jasmine has been an amazing caregiver to our kids since 2019. She is the only babysitter our kids know, and since the first day we met her, we knew that our kids were in very capable hands. Jasmine is professional, and her attention to my kids is nothing short of remarkable. Our kids absolutely love, and adore her! They always look forward to seeing her, and always have so much fun when she’s over. We don’t have a lot of help with childcare, so because of Jasmine, we can have date days/nights, and enjoy ourselves, because the kids are receiving excellent care. Jasmine is now a part of our family, and we appreciate her, and all of the love and care she continuously shows to my kids!!!

I first interviewed Jasmine when I was a newly single mother of a 2 year old and pregnant with my second. I was at one of my loneliest and desperate points in my life.
