During this phase we want to hear about your family and your babysitting needs, explain our process, and suggest the appropriate package based on your needs.

Orientation

During this phase we will connect your family with a sitter where we’ll match you with one of our trained sitters and generate a sitter profile for your family.

PHASE

Confirmation

During this phase, our team will confirm your reservation including final payment and review of dates, times, and any pertinent paperwork.

We have top-tier expectations and requirements for our sitters in order to adhere to our standard of care. Here are some of our sitter's requirements:

  • Child Abuse Clearance

  • State/FBI Criminal Background Check

  • CPR/First Aid

  • Valid Driver License

  • Non-Smoker

  • Zero Drug Tolerance

  • 2-3 years of child experience

  • 2 verification child references 

  • Social Media Review

  • Sitters are personal vetted

  • In-person interview 

  • Continuous education
