Yes, you can meet your sitter before the reservation. We offer in-person consultations for $50.00 per 30 minutes (two-hour minimum). Phone or Zoom consultations are free of charge.

Yes, a four-hour minimum for all services except virtual sitting.

Yes, sitters are available on holidays. Due to demand rate will be subject to increase for all holidays.

Sitter reservations can be made the day of. Although it is customary to request a week in advance.

Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated as a thoughtful gesture of gratitude.

Families can request a specific sitter. We will try to accommodate your request depending upon the availability of the sitter.

Reservations must be booked exclusively through Babysitting Logistics. Communication outside of a scheduled reservation is strictly prohibited. Sitters are under contract they are not permitted to work for any clients or third parties.

Yes, complete the family registration form and pay the non-member reservation fee.

Yes, there is a non-refundable scheduling fee for each reservation. This fee compensates our staff for arranging your coverage. If we cannot confirm your reservation, we will refund the fee.

If you arrive home early you are charged the full duration of your reservation. If arriving late you are charged the hourly rate previously agreed upon however will incur a late fee. If you want to extend your reservation, please let our office staff know so that we can confirm sitter availability.

A family completes and submits the registration form. A phone interview is then scheduled with the family to discuss any questions providing a seamless experience. Our team then tailor matches the sitter upon your expectation and request. You will be provided with a sitter profile before your scheduled reservation.

Cancellations or modifications must be made directly through our corporate team, never your sitter. Cancellation must be made during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You will receive your sitter's profile before the reservation. Upon arrival, your sitter will show their ID and wear a Babysitting Logistics tee-shirt for easy recognition.

Yes, Babysitting Logistics is fully insured

Yes, if a sitter is vaccinated, they must provide our corporate team with supporting documents. Sitters are not mandated to share their vaccination cards with families we already have them on file.

No, we issue invoice statements including paid reservations and associated fees. Please save your invoice statements for tax filing.

Babysitting Logistics sitters are available to provide care around the clock 24 hours 7 days a week.

Our sitters will clean up any childcare-related messes during the reservation. If you need additional cleaning or laundry services, please request this at the time of booking.

Babysitting Logistics sitters are thoroughly vetted and must be at least 18 years old. Each sitter is personally interviewed one on one. Then pre-screened through a vigorous process including criminal background check, child clearances, drug test, motor vehicle check, verifying references, and social media check. Our sitters are required to have 2-3 years of experience with children, CPR/first aid certification, completing of Act 33/34 and or Act 114, and non-smoker. Our industry-leading sitters are well-groomed and maintain a high level of professionalism. We strive to provide stellar care to your most prized and beloved possession.

Yes, we recommend reserving 10-15 minutes before departure to review any specific task and to complete the sitter instruction form.

• Babysitting Logistics does not offer a refund under any circumstance unless a sitter is unavailable • The first hour of service is charged at the time of reservation. Service is charged to the account 24 hours in advance of service • If a service is canceled a cancellation fee will be issued at 50 percent of the scheduled reservation. • Service can be extended beyond the hours requested with a minimal extension fee • Family reserving less than 24 hours in advance incurs a late reservation fee • Sitters are owed for the full amount of time scheduled. Even if the member/non-member chooses to end the reservation before the scheduled and confirmed end time. • Mileage fees are to be calculated by your sitter at the time of departure if using their vehicle; and are only applicable if the sitter is driving kiddos in their vehicle, during reservation.

Full-time or part-time care service must be paid for in full on the first day of the week for recurring service.

We provide professional childcare for weddings, corporate events, galas, family reunions, holiday parties, private celebrations. Whether your event has 5 or 500 guests, our team creates a safe, fun, and structured space for children.

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Yes, we travel! Babysitting Logistics provides travel and destination event childcare upon request. Additional travel fees will apply.

Yes! Babysitting Logistics proudly offers childcare for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and private events across the U.S and internationally. Our team travels to ensure your guests enjoy peace of mind no matter where your celebration takes place.

We recommend booking 10-12 weeks in advance to allow time for travel coordination, sitter selection, and logistics planning. However, we will always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
