About the Role
Full-Time Nanny Position – Beginning August 2025 (Flexible Start Date Available)
Location: Carnegie, PA
A warm and welcoming family of six is seeking a full-time nanny to care primarily for their youngest two children (a 4-month-old and a 3-year-old), with limited after-school care for their two older children. This position is set to begin in August 2025, though the family is open to an earlier start for the right candidate.
Schedule & Compensation
Weekly Hours: 45.75–47 hours/week
Compensation: Starting at $25.00/hour, with flexibility for the ideal candidate
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular rate for all hours over 40/week
Employment Type: Paid through payroll or under-the-table, nanny's choice
Benefits
Two weeks paid vacation
Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Usage of family vehicle for work-related tasks for school drop off/pick up and outings
About the Role
The nanny will provide attentive care to the family’s infant and toddler during the day. Their older children, are in school from 7:45 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. F3 years attends preschool Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15–11:45 AM. The nanny will care for all four children only during the after-school period from 3:30–5:00 PM.
Core Responsibilities
Full-day care for infant and toddler
School drop-off and pick-up for older children (using the family vehicle)
Afternoon care for all children from 3:30–5:00 PM
Diapering, feeding, and nap routines for the baby
Support with potty training (as developmentally appropriate)
Planning and attending age-appropriate outings (e.g., library, playgroups)
Preparing snacks and meals for the children
Light tidying related to children’s activities
Letting the family dog outside as needed

Prior nanny experience with multiples Comfortable going on playdates, library, age appropriate activities etc.
Attention to detail and a kind, understanding demeanor
Can work with others in a collaborative environment
Self starter with the ability to make decisions
Reliable
Pennsylvania clearances, or willing to obtain them
Three verifiable professional childcare references
Non-Smoker
Eligible to legally work in the US
CPR and First Aid certification
Drivers License
At Least 21 years old Willing to commit long term
